the perfect summer dress by Lindsey Thornburg i will not wear this summer… really wish its price tag wasn’t what it is, not that i don’t think the dress isn’t worth it but when it comes to a summer dress even if i was wearing it nights and days, summer isn’t quite long enough on this side of the world, even if i’m going back home to South of France for 6 weeks! (cannot help of mentally jumping up and down) nope i will not wear this perfect summer dress.

no doubt i have a thing for the old, especially old and leathery. for some reason i’ve felt a deep attraction towards glasses, bags and boots ever since i could walk.
a few years ago i was talking with my dad and mum and was explaining how i wished they would have kept more from the 70s (they’ve thrown away some amazing treasures) like our white ligne roset sofa, my grandparents’ black citroen ds (which i was completely in love with), her brown boots and huge white sunglasses, his high-waist jeans, super tight denim jackets and collection of ray bans.
my dad disappeared into the cellar and came back smiling, holding two pairs of sunglasses. and ever since they have followed me everywhere. beginning of my special thing for ray bans.
